GPUVendors.com is an online marketplace and comparison platform where multiple vendors list and sell AI and Gaming GPUs, GPU servers and Cloud GPU services. Users can compare specifications, prices and availability before making informed decisions.

By using this site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is truthful and accurate

a. Account Creation

You may create an account to access certain features, such as saving comparisons or initiating purchases. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and agree not to share them with others.

b. Account Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Abuse of the platform, vendors or other users

Vendors are solely responsible for their listings, including product specifications, pricing, stock status and fulfilment. GPU Vendors operates as a marketplace and comparison platform and is not the seller of the products listed. Prices and availability are set by vendors and may change without notice.

When you make a purchase, submit an enquiry, request a quote (RFQ) or rent compute, you transact directly with the relevant vendor. Any resulting contract of sale or service is between you and that vendor. GPU Vendors records the referral and may help facilitate communication but is not a party to the transaction.

We strive to provide accurate comparisons and product information, but we do not warrant that specifications, pricing, availability or other content are always complete, current or error-free. Always confirm details with the vendor before purchasing.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Scrape, copy or harvest data except as expressly permitted
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Upload or transmit infringing, harmful or malicious content

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to GPU Vendors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission. Vendor trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

The platform links to vendor websites and third-party services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPU Vendors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the platform or your transactions with vendors.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPU Vendors and its affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
