PM893 consists fully of a semiconductor device and uses NAND Flash Memory, which has high reliability and high technology for storage media. As the SSD doesn't have moving parts such as platter (disk) and head media, it gives a good solution for a storage device with high performance and high capacity. PM893 delivers 520MB/s for sequential read and 500MB/s for sequential write speed under up to 3.2W power.
